Before you start, be sure that no one will bother you the next 10-30 minutes.

1. Find a comfortable place
Sit on the ground in the lotus position/cross-legged.
If this is not comfortable for you, then just lay down or sit on a chair. And be sure you are all relaxed, with some comfy clothing.
Start relaxing each muscle in your body, from your toes til your head.
Visualize and focus on each muscle.
3. Start focusing on your breath
Allow your breath to become deep and slow.
Do not force anything, just naturally slow your breathing down.
4. Focus on the Third eye
With your eyes still closed, draw your attention and your eyes to the center point of your Third eye.
Simply rest your attention on the third eye region – just above and between your two eyes.
5. Stay relaxed
Even if you have thoughts, coming across your mind, just acknowledge this fact. Do not force to empty your mind.
The key is to remain relaxed.
Let go of wanting or expecting any results. This may cause tension or block the flor of the energy.
6. Golden white lights / A ball of energy
If you wish, you can start imagining that you’re breathing a golden white light through the center of your third eye.
Some people imagine a ball of energy, too.
Focus on this point for the next 10-30 minutes. If you don’t want to imagine these, simply keep your focus between your two eyes.
